No planning fee
When you already know where you want to go, we handle the reservation and everything around it. Because we book through direct hotel relationships and luxury partner programs, you pay the same rate you would find on your own, and you tend to arrive to more: a higher room category when one is available, resort or property credits, breakfast, early check in or late checkout, and a note in your file that it is a honeymoon, a birthday, or a first visit.
The same holds at sea. We book cruise fares at the rate you would find direct, then add the touches that make embarkation calm instead of chaotic, from cabin selection to priority boarding.
You get the upgrades. We get to do the part we enjoy.
Full Journey Itineraries
A flat planning fee
When the trip has more moving parts, we plan the whole thing. Flights and routing, hotels, private transfers, guides who are worth the day, and the restaurant tables that are hard to get. Everything is sequenced so the days flow and nothing collides, and it all arrives to you in one place before you leave, so you are never digging through your inbox at a train platform.
We build the itinerary around how you actually like to travel. Slow mornings or early starts, one base or several, food at the center or off to the side. You tell us the feeling you are after. We handle the logistics that make it real.
Corporate Travel

When the trip involves a group, Elaine coordinates the travel and the room blocks, so everyone arrives together and the plans stay in order.
